The Colorado River Smooth Water Raft Trip is one of the most enjoyable ways to experience a leisurely day of rafting on the Colorado River for those visitors looking for a chance to kick back and relax on the water. During thos tourm your driver/guide will acquaint you with the natural and human history of the areas you travel. After the 3 1/2 hour tour, including part of the Navajo Reservation, you descend ti the base of Glen Canyon Dam to board your raft. Once afloat, your ARA WIlderness River Adventures boatman/guide will introduce you, during the next 4 hours, to the awesome beauty of Glen Canyon as you cruise the mighty Colorado. At historic Lee's Ferry, the launching beach for many white water trips, you will reboard your van for the 140-mile trip back to Grand Canyon.
